• All new inquiries start with an assessment. During this face to face meeting we look at what is going on physically, mentally and emotionally with the senior, their financial situation and what location would be best. We always consider the individuals unique needs and preferences.
  
• SSN will suggest facilities that meet identified needs and preferences and have availability.  We have an extensive housing database of many types of housing options such as:
  
  
  • Large assisted living centers, providing rooms or apartments for 11 or more individuals.
    
  • Smaller residential assisted living homes for 1-10 residents in a private or shared room.
    
  • Alzheimer's and other memory care facilities that provide dementia specific environment where you can choose an assisted living home or center. 
    
  • All the above providers are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services for one of three levels of care:  Supervisory, Personal and Directed. 
    
  • Retirement communities that consist of studio, one or two bedroom apartments and are vibrant communities specifically designed for seniors who are independent.
    
• Once appropriate facilities are identified SSN will help coordinate tours with these identified facilities.
  
• SSN will negotiate and advocate for the senior individual.
  
• We will stay with you throughout the entire search process and beyond.

HOW DOES SENIOR SERVICES GET PAID?
 
Our primary goal is to find the best fit for the senior and their family. Some facilities may pay SSN for placing a guest in their facility. To insure our suggestions are completely focused ion our clients' needs, we charge a nominal one time fee for the assessment.
